RIASEC ↑ Partition of your personality (qualification) into 6 parts ↑

Your personality can be expressed by three letters:

SAE

The first letter describes the dominant part of your personality, the second and third letter describe the complementary parts.

If you already have a steady job and you found a difference between your personality type and your job (for example an AIS personality in a traditional [C] environment), you might consider changing your career. If you are still waiting to start your career, we recommend to choose your future job in accordance with your interests and personality. We wish you good luck and lots of success!

×Your personal rating
RTheoretical and virtual things (e.g. computer )predominate in your life over physical things. You´re not the practical type, but if you study a manual, you are capable of doing manual work and repairs well. You are not suitable for practical professions such as a mechanic, or electrician.
IYou are more likely to solve a difficult organizational problem or an interpersonal problem, than a math problem. You are not searching for unresolved questions and you prefer straightforward solution, even if it´s more challenging and time consuming. You are not suitable for professions such as biologist, programmer, or a doctor.
ACreativity and freedom prevails in your personality. You are open, you like to give way to your thoughts and ideas, you hate monotonous work and specific tasks. You are imaginative, impulsive, independent, but you can also be messy and indecisive. Suitable occupations for you might be: a painter, an architect, dance teacher, journalist, sculptor, photographer, composer, or a writer.
SYour strenght is your social awareness. You like to be friendly and to meet new people, you try to build up your social status in your area. You are sociable, compassionate and discreet, you are interested in people around you, you often help others selflessly. You are suitable for a profession, where you could help, heal, educate or counsel other people, preferably children. Examples of such professions are: a social worker, a nurse, teacher, physician, psychologist, therapist, detective, or personnel manager.
EPublic speeches are not that difficult for you, you expect a reasonable financial reward for your work and possibly even a rise in your status and a rise in other people´s eyes. Your personality does not eliminate the option of enterprising professions such as a sales agent, car dealer, director, manager, buyer or an independent contractor.
CYou are a very unconventional and original person, you submit to rules reluctantly and you deal with issues your own way, even if there´s a possibility of a harsh fall. You don´t like specific requirements, results and deadlines to be pressed upon you. Oftentimes you are impetuous and impatient. Professions such as a secretary, accountant or a banker are not for you.
